9/11 Today: Petey Pablo With a Gun on a Plane???

This story right here gets my patented “Oh Hell Naw”!!!!

Today is the 9th Anniversary of the World Trade Center attacks that happened on September 11th, 2001. As we all painfully remember, four commercial airlines where hijacked by terrorist. Two crashed into the Twin Towers, one crashed into the Pentagon, and another crash outside Pittsburgh. It was a day that America would never forget, and in its memory, we have paid homage to the victims and heroes each year since that tragic day.

Just when you were thinking, “what was T.I. thinking when he got pulled over in Los Angeles?”, now cue Petey Pablo. The rapper famous for the classic crowd pumpin’ track “Raise Up”, the one time club hit, “Freek-a-Leek”, and collaborating on Ciara’s break out hit, “Goodies”.

The North Carolina native was on his way to the VMAs in Los Angeles when he was arrested at Raleigh-Durham International Airport for allegedly having a Smith & Wesson 639 pistol in his carry-on bag. (Damn, and I thought signing with Suge Knight was a bad career move. Bet he was wrappin’ a white tee in surrender when TSA ran up on him)

Mr. Pablo, who is out on bail for an unrelated charge, is now facing charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of a stolen firearm.

And lets not forget people, that today is 9/11, if this was an attempt to gain publicity, I’m sorry to say that this failed miserably. Not smart at all by Petey. We will keep you posted on the details as they develop.
