Are Usher and Chili Back Together?

How does the old saying go? “You don’t know what you had til it’s gone…” or something like that.
Well apparently it took Usher to not only go through a nasty breakup with Chili from TLC, to getting married to Tameka Foster, having 2 kids with her, then going through a nasty breakup with her as well, and asking her for those “Papers”, to supposedly getting back with Chili.
I guess what goes around comes around according to the internet rumor of the day.
Who knows if this rumor is true? Only time will tell…
