Jose N. DeGracia was arrested Sunday after he broke into a home and fried some chicken then proceeded to cut his.
The homeowner came home to find the man sitting on her couch watching television with fried chicken cooking on the stove as if he lived there.
He’s currently being held on $15,000 bail. Police also say he threw a rock through a window to get inside where he also took a shower.

DeGracia faces burglary, criminal trespass and other charges.
Obviously this guy needs help. Let’s just hope that he gets the kind of help that he needs.
