The Pittsburgh Steelers and Big Ben Roesthlisberger finally learned the length of punishment that he shall receive for his role in the sexual assault case of a 20-year old college student that accused Big Ben of assaulting her in Georgia bar. Last week, prosecutors decided not to charge Roethlisberger in the case.
Several Media outlets are reporting that Ben Roethlisberger will be suspended for four to six games for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy and that this will be a conditional suspension meaning that if the Quarterback doesn’t encounter any more problems from now to then, he most likely will serve just a four game suspension.
ESPN also reports that the suspension may also contain conditions that would allow the length of the ban to be reduced based on Roethlisberger’s behavior.
I’m a Steelers fan to death but I truly believe that he deserved this and the right decision was made.
