Coachella 2012: Lineup Announced with The Black Keys, Radiohead, Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg Headlining

The Coachella Music Festival, perhaps the most highly anticipated music festival in the country, released their official 2012 lineup in a tweet earlier today, and the headliners for each day are The Black Keys, Radiohead and Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg as the grand finale.

This year, the festival covers two weekends with the same exact lineup.  The reasoning behind this is that tickets are extremely hard to come by and by doubling the festivities, organizers are hoping to better accomodate all those wanting to partake in the festivities.

However as news of the lineup broke, Coachella’s website is down, most likely due to people trying to obtain those aforementioned hard-to-obtain tickets.  Last year, tickets sold out exactly one week after the lineup was announced.

That’s a total bummer for those trying to set up their vacations early.  It’s a blessing in disguise for those catching wind of this a little later than usual.

Here’s the lineup.  Even though you may not be able to buy the tickets because site is down, you can at least see and plan for which acts you want to see.
