50 Cent is in Africa, on a mission to feed a billion people. The rapper is working with the World Food Program to feed the impoverished people in Somalia and Kenya.
The rapper started his charitable tour on Wednesday, visiting camps in Somalia and on Thursday he toured Dandora which is one of Kenya’s biggest refugee camps. After his visit to the refugee camps in Somalia, 50 Cent said “to meet those kids was so inspiring, they have nothing, yet they are so positive and optimistic.”
“I want to do my part so they get food and an education. I hope more people will join me to help end this devastating situation. What I am seeing is devastating – these women and children have risked everything to come to this Somalia camp, just to get food. They need our help,” he added.
50 Cent also committed to offering 10 cents for every Street King sold, which is the rapper’s new energy drink.
