Boxing champ Manny Pacquiao is facing a criminal complaint that was filed by Philippine tax officials.
The Boxing great and lawmaker failed to submit the needed documents to investigators looking into his tax returns.
Is there enough evidence to prosecute Pacquiao? Prosecutors are now trying to figure out if they have enough evidence to take him to court. If Manny is found guilty he can face up to two years in jail.
The Bureau of Internal Revenue regional director Rozil Lozares says the complaint was file on March 1 after he failed to submit documents even though he received three notices and a subpoena.
Pacquiao, according to Forbes Magazine, is the world’s 24th richest athlete.
