Boxing champ Manny Pacquiao is facing a criminal complaint that was filed by Philippine tax officials.
The Boxing great and lawmaker failed to submit the needed documents to investigators looking into his tax returns.

The Bureau of Internal Revenue regional director Rozil Lozares says the complaint was file on March 1 after he failed to submit documents even though he received three notices and a subpoena.
