Mark Salling, who played the role of ‘Puck’ on the hit Fox television series Glee, has just been arrested for child pornography possession.
According to sources, the actor and musician had his house raided by the LAPD Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Unit and hundreds of images of young girls were found, many of whom were reportedly under the age of ten. The police were tipped off by an ex-girlfriend of the star.
Salling’s court date has been set for Jan. 22, 2016, according to L.A. County Sheriff’s Department records. The records also showed that the actor posted bail shortly before 2:30 p.m.
This isn’t his first run-in with the law: He paid an ex-girlfriend more than $2.7 million in March after she accused him of knocking her to the ground when she confronted him over an alleged sexual battery.
