Apparently in Florida masturbating in front of a woman can be your ticket to your grave. A Tampa woman was recently charged with second-degree murder for the death of a man who allegedly masturbated in front of her.
Reportedly Jadian Zeiders, 26, accused William Denham Jr, 53, of performing a heinous act in front of her. Zeiders told police that Denham went to a backyard and masturbated. This caused the 26-year-old to beat the man to death on the 14th of January.
In their defense, William’s family members said the Deceased was an openly gay man and was not attracted to women. They termed the allegations as absurd and pointless: “He never would have attacked anyone,” said Maureen Tourigian, one of Denham’s three sisters. “Anyone who knows him knows that, and that he never would expose himself to a woman. He wasn’t interested.”
The police report shows investigators turned their attention to Zeiders on Jan. 17, three days after police found Denham lying unconscious around 10 p.m. on a sidewalk near the corner of North 15th and East Elm streets after being notified by an anonymous tip. Denham, who lived on East Crenshaw Street, died at St. Joseph’s Hospital. The autopsy report indicated that the cause of death was blunt trauma to the face and body.
Witnesses say they saw a woman and two men beating Denham to the ground and calling him a pedophile.
Dan Kane, Denham’s partner, through a statement he explained that Denham had gone to a local Walmart to purchase frozen dinners and stopped by his old home near East Crenshaw Street. He went ahead to assert that the woman had falsified her story an offense that could put her behind bars for a long time. “They’re a danger to the community and need to be off the street.”
Currently, Zeiders is on a $100,000 bail and remains in Hillsborough County Jail. She was arrested previously in November for heroin possession and failure to appear in court.
