Beyonce stopped the world again. But this time she did it with her newborn twins, Sir Carter and Rumi, who are one month old today. The pop queen went to Instagram to share the first public photo of herself with the twins — and it’s heavenly.
Adorned with a crest of flowers around her, Beyonce stands with a flowy fuschia gown draped around her as she holds her two newest loves to her chest. A teal veil is places over her head as well.
Their birth comes four months after Beyonce dropped the news on Instagram with similarly themed photo that was also filled with flowers and oozed a ethereal vibe.
“We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. – The Carters” read the message.
Previous reports said that the twins were born on June 18 when Bey’s dad, Matthew Knowles, tweeted “They’re here!” and “Happy Birthday to the twins! Love, Granddad.” It seems that the twins were actually born on June 14 though.
The sex of the two new additions to the Carter family is still unknown, however as long as they are happy and healthy (and we sure they are with Bey and Jay as parents!), that’s all that matters.
And we’re sure the BeyHive will go wild for this news just as they did then — especially as they go wild on Twitter and “crazy under them I.G. pictures” as JAY-Z said on 4:44‘s “The Story of O.J.”
