Venom: Movie Review

I don't care about superheroes and comic books, but anything with Tom Hardy, I am there!

Journalist Eddie Brock is trying to take down Carlton Drake, the notorious and brilliant founder of the Life Foundation. While investigating one of Drake’s experiments, Eddie’s body merges with the alien Venom, leaving him with superhuman strength and power. Twisted, dark and fueled by rage, Venom tries to control the new and dangerous abilities that Eddie finds so intoxicating.

I could give two shits about superheroes and comic books, but anything with Tom Hardy, I am there!

I even watched Mad Max just to stare at those lips and still don’t know what the hell that film was about. But the Venom movie started off as a villainess aspect so it kept my attention. It had humor and the fight scenes had some pretty intense dope ass special effects choreography.

All and all the most epic part of the film was the soundtrack and blotch images of VENOM at the end of the credits because the audience just sat there after the film listening to the Eminem song ‘Knock Knock (Let the Devil In) featured on the soundtrack.

Tom Hardy is one ‘parasite’ I wouldn’t mind getting into my system, especially if the side effect is that tongue (wink).
