Lil Wayne is one of the biggest rappers to come out of New Orleans, Louisiana. Now, a fellow NOLA rhymer, Jakk Jo, may be up there with him soon. In Jakk Jo’s latest track, “Graduated,” listeners may notice the familiarity of the sound with the old Wayne (aka his mixtape and Carter III days).
In “Graduated,” Jakk Jo is boisterous with southern charm as he talks about wanting better for his neighborhood, culture vultures, and how he ha “shooters like Steph Curry.”
