Toronto Artist Erich Mrak Releases ‘See You in September’ Visual

Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong may want you to “wake [him] up when September ends” but Toronto-based alternative artist Erich Mrak has different plans for the month. In the “See You in September” visual (above) where Mrak previews two tracks “Navigate” and Riptide,” the artist is seen amongst trees and the urban jungle before viewers see a closeup of his eye. (Joe vibes anyone?).

Both tracks in the visual have a Drake-esque melodic vibe but without being as memorable as Drizzy. The lyrics are pretty poetic though: “my life is going sideways lost in the pretty lights/trying to find the right way to navigate through your mind.”

Check out the visual above.
