When rapper 50 Cent isn’t preoccupied with clowning someone on social media, apparently he’s out here stepping into character and collecting a check!
There’s no denying the chief producer behind Starz breakout show “Power” has the ambition and charisma to chase after and build his entertainment empire, but at the speed, he’s going it’s no wonder he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
While taking a flash from blasting someone for allegedly owing him money or poking fun at co-star Naturi Naughton, the multi-hyphenated talent—- whose real name is Curtis Jackson — took his shirt off to point out fans what he was working with while filming for ABC network’s new show “For Life.“
“Big Cassius Dawkins 236lbs for FOR LIFE on ABC, i put mad weight on for this role. 😆 @bigfendi this once you called me puffy face, i’m 218 now,” read the photo’s caption.
Gassing up her man, Jackson’s girlfriend, Jamira “Cuban Link” Haines, wrote, “I’m so lucky 😩😍😍😍,” and set the comments ablaze with women swooning over her man.
“We are gonna fight sis. I’ve been loving this man since i used to be 10 years old and I’m 27,” wrote one person wistfully gunning for the rapper’s affection.
Another person chimed in with, “Don’t mess it up cause I’m from QUEENS and patiently waiting my turn.”
Others noted things was more of a “we” thing.
“Ain’t we..our chocolate zaddy😍”
“girl bye you gotta share 😛”
In 2010, when the movie was filmed, Jackson spoke to The Associated Press about the determination that was required of him to rework into someone aside from himself.
“I had to discipline myself not … to truly have myself be within the physical state to convey the energy I felt. It’s a passion project on behalf of me .”
