A local Red Lobster in East York, Pennsylvania turned into a crime scene. A woman became so enraged due to extended wait time to pick up her to-go order—that she proceeded to physically assault an employee and loudly scream obscenities while outside.
A Pennsylvania Red Lobster customer took out her anger after allegedly waiting three hours for her to-go order, so she physically assaulted an employee. In the footage obtained of the outrageous incident, the woman, who self-identified herself as Kathy Hill, is seen slapping the employee—while screaming for a refund.
The altercation reportedly occurred outside of Red Lobster on Mother’s Day, as customers were waiting outside for their to-go orders to be picked up. In the video, the woman was not wearing a face mask or gloves, as she shouted, “I want my motherf**king money back” and trying to force her way inside.
One Red Lobster employee responds to her demands with, “You will get it.” The woman then curses out two employees holding her from getting back inside while again repeating that she wants a refund.
“Let me show my bill to get my refund,” the woman repeats, as she reaches around a male employee and slapping the face of a female worker. Then she claims that she was the one who was assaulted—and not the other way around.
Meanwhile, Red Lobster released a statement regarding the incident:
“We do not tolerate violence for any reason in our restaurants. We expect our team members treat our guests with respect, and we expect our guests to treat our team members with respect in return. We are grateful our Manager and the guest involved were not seriously injured in the incident on Sunday.”
As of right now, no charges have been pressed against the woman.
