Video Of 12-Year-Old Keedron Bryant Goes Viral With Heartfelt Song Following George Floyd Murder

Many are finding ways to express their frustration and pay tribute as the country continues to process the heartbreaking and unjust murder of George Floyd at the hands of a local Minneapolis, Minnesota police officer. Singing a heartfelt song about the realities of being a black man in America, young Keedron Bryant has gone viral after posting himself.

With his moving accapella song about being a young black man in America following George Floyd’s senseless murder, 12-year-old Keedron Bryant has officially taken social media by storm.


In the one-minute clip, Keedron stares directly into the camera and sings his heart out, as his words bring about the memories of all the other black men and women who have died at the hands of police officers in recent years.


Keedron Bryant is also a rising young gospel artist from Jacksonville, Florida who has appeared on NBC’s reality talent competition series, “Little Big Shots.” Several A-list celebrities have shared his video, including Janet Jackson and Nas just to name a few.
Meanwhile, new video of the deadly encounter shows George Floyd being taken out of his vehicle and appearing to cooperate with police officers. The owner of the restaurant also told local news outlets that there was nothing on the video that his restaurant captured that showed he resisted arrest.


The original video that had social media distraught showed an officer with his knee on Floyd’s neck. After Floyd told officers he couldn’t breathe, he later became unresponsive and later died from his injuries.
