On the heels of his hit “Summer Girl”, which is currently featured on the NBA’s Baseline playlist, the producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist is back and better than ever with his new single “Dominicana”!
Released on July 8, 2020, “Dominicana” is a melodic concoction that coherently fuses hip-hop, soul and alternative jazz, producing one permanent eargasm. Paired with velvet vocals from Aaron and Myquale, this mesmerizing track dives deeply into Forte’s immeasurable artistry through its eclectic percussion and vibrant melodies.
With everything from it’s reggae flavored rhythms, to it’s Neo-soul vibe, to its searing guitar solo, the track mimics that of an warm, sultry evening on a tropical island. Citing Frank Ocean, Travis Scott, and Kanye West as his influences, the Broward County, Florida native also recently produced Femdot’s “94 Camry Music” which was featured on Toyota’s 2020 Camry TRD campaign.
