“Started from the bottom now we’re here!” The Billboard Awards were held tonight, and the stars were out in force! Every artist did what they wanted to do, from red carpet looks to performances. Pop Smoke, The Weeknd, Drake, and a slew of other artists were also honored.
Drake won the award for best streaming song artist, but it was the artist of the decade award that he got that was the most important. They introduced him in front of his friends and family, and a video narrated by LeBron James followed shortly after, outlining his incredible career. In his award show debut, Drake took the stage with his son Adonis by his side! The crowd was ecstatic to see Adonis in his cute form.
Right before Champagne Papi gave a touching speech, the three-year-old rocked cornrows and held his father’s medal.
