I believe we can expect a lot of jabs between Bow Wow and Soulja Boy leading up to their Verzuz showdown later this month. The two have been going at it since they vowed they’d fight hit-for-hit in a war that’ll bring back memories for everyone who grew up in the 1990s and 2000s. Bow Wow and Big Draco have been friends for a long time and have virtually grown up with in the entertainment industry, so the jokes they’ve been trading seem to be in good humor. Big Soulja’s hairline was the unfortunate victim on Monday.
Bow Wow chose violence by posting a photo of Soulja Boy biting his lip while wearing cornrows and a little’ ice around his neck. “Where this man hairline go…GOT DAAAAYUMN!” tweeted Bow Wow. But hold on, there’s more! Bow Wow viciously gave yet another view of Soulja’s appearance. He explained, “Soulja got them braids women get when they have a sow in.” Some congregated in the comment area after Bow Wow let off that social media choppa to be just as ruthless.“
Out here looking like somebody’s baby mama ‘Soulja Girl,’” one Roommate wrote. But most of them used the opportunity to clown Bow Wow for his grave spelling error.“Aight now u gon shade him gotta be sure ya spelling on point…it’s sew-in*,” a Roommate corrected Bow Wow.“*sew…see what happens when you’re being corny lmao,” another wrote. Now we know Soulja Boy isn’t known for holding back but surprisingly there was no retaliation Monday. That’s not to say it isn’t coming and we can likely expect more back and forth between these two in the days to come.
