While Diddy has spent the last half-decade or so concentrating on his business and entrepreneurial endeavors, he has made sporadic appearances on a variety of songs. He worked as an executive director on Burna Boy’s Twice As Tall and appeared in several of the album’s skits. He also appears on DJ Khaled’s “Full Circle” from Khaled Khaled and Big Sean’s “Full Circle” from Detroit 2. It’s now his turn to present a personal project.
The hip-hop entrepreneur made his comeback on Wednesday with a brand new project called Off The Grid, Vol. 1. He said the album would be released on September 24 and would usher in the “Love Era.” Diddy revealed his legal name change to Sean Love Combs in May, and he even flashed up his new driver’s license to prove it. Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, and Sean “Diddy” Combs are among the many nicknames he’s been given.
When the new album drops, it will be Diddy’s first full-length release since MMM in 2015. (Money Making Mitch). Because the effort was only classified as a mixtape, you’ll have to travel back to 2006’s Press Play to find Diddy’s most recent album.
