The crazy incident occurred on Aug. 14 at the Scales and Tails in Utah, which was hosting a children’s birthday party. Theresa Wiseman caught video of an employee attempting to return the gator to the water tank after it leaped to the platform.
While she was doing so, the reptile grabbed her hand and pulled her into the tank. Thankfully, Theresa’s husband, Donnie Wiseman, was present and acted promptly. He leaped immediately into the tank to wrestle the instructor’s hand away from the alligator’s jaws, and the handler was able to extricate her hand with the help of another passenger.
The handler was given medical treatment by another guest who had a nursing experience, according to the Facebook post. The handler was brought to the hospital as emergency services arrived. She is anticipated to recover completely.
