Young Thug celebrated his 30th birthday earlier this month with a star-studded bash that included 21 Savage, Lil Baby, Metro Boomin, and Travis Scott. However, his manager, 300 Entertainment A&R Geoff Ogunlesi, and realtor Trey Williams gave him the most fascinating gift: 100 acres of land in his hometown of Atlanta. Williams said he’s already met with architects and engineers, and that construction will begin as soon as they acquire a few permits they’re awaiting.
