Here are a couple scenes from the above-mentioned trailer for It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’s record-breaking 15th season.
— In the world’s most awful restroom, The Gang worries about being bound to “have sex with only old people.”
– Dennis has chili (?) thrown at him.
– Frank pukes up something I’m hoping is soup.
— Charlie forms a bond with his Irish counterpart, who is obsessed with “ghouls and cheese.”
— A QAnon Shaman has been dressed up.
– Dee holds feminists responsible for “everything,” even the trade of sex for acting parts.
– Frank discloses that he worked for Jeffrey Epstein.
– Mac aspires to be a priest in the Catholic Church (and looks like this)
— And then there’s The Gang’s trip to Ireland.
These wonderful monsters had been missing from my life. Here’s something else to look forward to:
The Gang finds itself at a fork in the road in this weird new world, following the seismic aftermath of Covid-19 and all things 2020. Despite superhuman attempts from Mac (Rob McElhenney), Charlie (Charlie Day), Dennis (Glenn Howerton), Dee (Kaitlin Olson), and Frank (Danny DeVito) to keep business as normal, the regulations are changing faster than anybody can keep up with. Now it’s up to them to face the music and decide who they want to be amid the cultural revolution of 2021. Across the span of eight episodes — and the Atlantic Ocean — we find them answer in a way only they could think to.
