Soulja Boy was left off of Kanye West’s latest album “DONDA,” as we previously reported. Soulja called out Ye for leaving his verse off of the album back in August, and Ye addressed the situation during his most recent interview. Ye later shared a chat thread with Soulja in which he said he should have warned Soulja he wasn’t going to utilize his verse. Fast forward to Soulja’s appearance at The Breakfast Club, where he discussed the matter once more.
““Kanye West, be more open bruh when you make your record,” Soulja remarked during his interview. To a hundred million people, the rubbish you believe is trash is probably hard as f**k. Why do you think I’m the most popular TikTok user? On the Billboard/Triller charts, I’m number one. You called me for a reason, n*gga,” Soulja added, explaining that the verse he provided Kanye was the one that would lead to them making a hit single together.
Soulja proceeded to say that Kanye has been in church and in divorce court and not in the streets or the club the same way he has to know what it takes to go to the top of the charts.Nonetheless, when asked if he would work with Kanye again after everything that went down, Soulja said, “After we talked now, I’ll do it.”
