When asked what guests should look for before receiving refunds, Roe stated, “What they need to look for precisely is the word ‘Waiver,’ ‘Consent,’ ‘Agreement’ of any type.” “Most significantly, they should be wary if they’re asked to sign anything,” she said, adding that “refunds should not come with a signature.” So, in this case, Live Nation has stated that they will issue refunds to these individuals and that everything will be fine. Under no circumstances should their signature be required.”
