The soon-to-be mother of two competed in “Nuestra Belleza Latina,” a beauty competition for women from Puerto Rico and the United States, where she also debuted a new style.
She looked stunning in a long hot pink strapless dress with matching pink eyeshadow. Lately, it appears like La Negra has been hiding her characteristic afro under a variety of wigs. In fact, she appears to have deleted all images of herself with her natural hair on Instagram.
Instead, she wore a short yellow-ish blond wig for this reality TV show, which did not go over well with viewers. One person wrote, “Please take off this wig.” Some of her fans stated that they only liked a portion of her appearance.
“The make-up is just beautiful…the hair is an absolute NO,” one fan said. “I’m not a fan of her hair, but she is really stunning. “Congratulations on the lovely babies once more,” remarked another.
After appearing as a guest on The “Despierta America” morning show a few hours later, the “Love and Hip Hop” singer shot some photos to show off her ever-growing baby belly. She uploaded photographs and snippets from the interview on Monday, Nov. 15, in which she was wearing a red long-sleeved crop top and matching red leggings.
She finished off the look with a pair of red pointed heels and a new hair color. For her interview on the morning show, La Negra altered her hair color again again, opting for a red wig.
But the singer wasn’t just introducing a new look. The 31-year-old stated in the caption of one of her Instagram photographs that she would soon be joined by another diva in her home. She wrote, “I’m Having 2 Girls,” then repeated it in Spanish.
She announced her pregnancy with twins earlier this month. This is, however, the first time she has revealed her gender. This came over a month after she confessed she had a miscarriage in July in an Instagram post that has since been deleted.
La Negra’s real estate partner Allan Mueses was the father of her unborn child. It is not clear if he is the father of her unborn twin girls.
