The weekend’s craziest music tale came from Daytona Beach, Florida, where the city’s Rockville Festival was held. Brass Against, a cover band, performed a set, but during one of the songs, its lead vocalist, Sopha Urista, decided to make her own festival moment by urinating on a man on stage. That’s right, you read it accurately. Urista needed to use the restroom in the middle of a performance and decided that the face of a man in the audience would be her best bet.
“Get my man with the can on his head ready,” she continued, “because we’re bringing him onstage and I’m going to piss in this motherf*cker’s mouth.” “I have to pee, but I can’t get to the restroom.” So we might as well put on a show.” She kept her word and discharged herself on the man. But she’s now apologizing for the strange occurrence.
“Hello, everybody. In a statement on Twitter, Urista said, “I want to speak about my performance at the Rockville metal festival in Daytona.” “In music and on stage, I’ve always pushed the envelope. “I love my family, the band, and the fans more than anything, and I realize that some were wounded or offended by what I did that night,” she continued. I want them to know that I’m sorry and that I didn’t mean to hurt them.”
“I am not a shock artist,” she said. I always like to start with the music. “Thank you so much for your continuing love and support.”
Urista’s apology comes after the band issued a statement shortly after their performance about the event. “We had a terrific time at Welcome To Rockville last night. They stated, “Sophia got carried away.” “That’s not something the rest of us expected, and you won’t see it at our concerts again.” Daytona, thank you for bringing it last night.”
