Zonnique Pullins is being open and honest with her admirers about her recent surgery, which has altered her appearance and which she appears to regret.

Pullins was recently on Instagram Live with some of her Instagram followers, and she was in the middle of telling them how important it is for their children to pay attention in class because she wasn’t in school. Following that, a fan inquired as to what was “wrong” with her nose.

The 25-year-old did not evade the question, but instead leaned in closer to the camera, her fingertips resting on her nose. “I just had it done by this doctor here,” she said. “Perhaps I shouldn’t have gone to the doctor here,” she added as she examined it. “For genuine, it does look a little funny on this side, like it’s drooped.”

Pullins, who appeared unconcerned, never said when she had her nose done and went on to discuss something else. In the comments, however, the fans were not having it. “She was lovely!” one person exclaimed. She didn’t even have to touch her face! “There was nothing wrong with her nose to begin with,” someone else said. “An unsatisfactory work always leads to further unneeded procedures.”

“When will she learn surgery is not for her?” wrote a third individual. Pullins had eye color change surgery in 2015, which she had before this one. Pullins travelled to Tunisia in North Africa to have the surgery done after seeing her mother, Tiny Harris, go through it, but the results were different for her. She claims she was advised the BrightOcular implants she used to achieve her blue eye color could cause irreparable damage.

Three years after getting them done, she got a reversal surgery to get her color back to brown. In an episode of “T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle,” while recovering from the reversal surgery, she said, “When I first found out how serious the situation was, I was so emotional. It’s really not something I want to go through again.”

The mother of one has yet to say if she will take steps to get her nose fixed or if she will leave it alone.
