Tia Mowry is celebrating the birthday of her mother.
The twin, who is one-half of the duo “Sister, Sister,” shared a photo of her entire family together to celebrate her mother’s birthday. Tia’s first photo was of her and her mother, Darlene, smiling, and her second photo was with her, her mother, her brothers Tahj and Tavior, Tavior’s wife, Zandy, and Tia’s children, Cree and Cairo, all smiling.
Tia and her siblings all sang happy birthday to their mother in the two slides, and she and one brother celebrated over a drink. It’s unclear how old her mother is, but she appears to be having a nice time.
“Family time is the finest time!” she stated in the caption. Last night at dinner, we had a blast honoring my wonderful mother. Can’t you tell we like to have a good time? (And don’t you just love Cairo’s expressions? She’s always up to something, ya’ll!)
Fans commented on the video, expressing their dissatisfaction with her mother’s skin. “Your mom’s skin is fantastic,” one said, adding, “Mama’s skin is amazing.” Another person said, “She’s stunning.”
Tamera Mowry, Tia’s twin and part of the “Sister, Sister” duo, was not present with her other siblings, but it appears that she celebrated with her mother closer to her birthday on Oct. 25.
She released a video of her husband and children, Aiden and Aria, singing happy birthday to Darlene at dinner on Oct. 27. “Mommy! Greetings on your birthday!!! We are so fortunate to have you as our mother. Thank you for all of your incredible knowledge, love, and fun. Any space is brightened by your grin and spirit. She wrote, “We love you.”
Tamera has mentioned how protective she is of her mother while hosting “The Real,” as well as the fact that her mother and father, Timothy Mowry, are divorced.
Opening up about how she feels in regard to her mom’s dating life, Tamera told her other co-hosts at the time, “I am so over-protective over my mom. And this is new. I mean, they’ve been divorced for four years, but it took me a while to accept that. And now my mom is out there… I guess she’s dating. But she just; she’s very private.”
