Charli XCX has worn a few skin-baring outfits in the past. She’s wearing only a bikini on her previously published Crash album cover, and she’s entirely naked on the image for 2019’s Charli, save for some cleverly placed CGI visuals. Charli recently took things to a new level, although by accident, when she had a wardrobe malfunction while presenting remotely at Australia’s ARIA Awards. Although the scene didn’t make it onto the show, Charli went ahead and posted the entire video a few days after it aired on November 24.
“And the ARIA goes to The Kid Laroi and Justin Bieber for ‘Stay.’ Well done, congrats,” Charli says in the video, while one of her dress straps rests uncomfortably close to the edge of her left shoulder. Charli waved farewell after saying her line, and as she lowered her arm to rest, the aforementioned strap slid off her shoulder, showing her entire breast (which was censored in the video Charli shared). Charli swiftly covered herself after realizing what had happened and had an off-camera chuckle with someone else in the room.
