Big Sean finally got his retaliation on Ye.
Ye stated on “Drink Champs” with presenters N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN that signing Sean to G.O.O.D. Music was his worst regret in life. You didn’t hold back, either, firing shots at John Legend.
“And both John Legend and Big Sean were quickly used by the Democrats to come after the boy who genuinely transformed their life when I ran for office,” Ye remarked on the podcast. “And that’s some sellout s—, and neither of them rock with me, so please accept my apologies.”
“I just was invited to be on the upcoming Drink Champs so I’m assuming Ye talkin crazy,” Sean tweeted after hearing about the quote.
Sean seemed to have accepted the invitation.
A snippet of Sean replying to Ye and his comments was uploaded on Instagram as part of a sneak peek at the interview.
“I love him for everything he’s done for me, but I thought what he said was a bunch of b—- a– s—.”
The entire performance will be broadcast at a later date. Sean signed with the G.O.O.D. Music label in 2007 and has collaborated with Ye on a number of songs.
