Aura Blaze Shares ‘Kaleidoscopic’ Music in New EP ‘Open-Mindedness’

In a new EP, Aura Blaze is sharing what he describes as “kaleidoscopic musical and philosophical evolution.” The three-song EP, titled Open-Mindedness, kicks off with the groovy title track reminiscent of The Weeknd’s “I Feel It Coming.”

The next song, “The Summer Solstice,” is just as it sounds—eazy and breezy like a summer day.

The final song is a cover of The Charlatans track “The Only One I Know.” Although Aura Blaze’s version nonsurprisingly features more electronic sounds and synths. It’s still enjoyable though and could hold as their own song if you didn’t know it was a cover.

The entire EP is like a clash of sounds that should…clash but somehow it works. It could also work as a soundtrack for the next Austin Powers movie. If you’re a fan of Tame Impala or MGMT, you may enjoy this EP. Check it out below.
