Chris Brown is accused of rapping a lady on December 30, 2020, according to TMZ. Chris allegedly seized the phone of a buddy she was FaceTiming and persuaded her to come to Diddy’s home on Miami’s Star Island, to which she accepted, according to the singer. She claims Chris approached her and asked if she needed a drink before pointing her to the yacht’s kitchen area.

According to court filings, the woman entered the kitchen with Chris and began conversing while drinking a mixed drink he had given her. The woman, on the other hand, experienced an abrupt, inexplicable shift in awareness after a second drink. The woman became disoriented, physically unsteady, and began to drift off to sleep, according to the lawsuit, and that’s when she claims Chris took her into a bedroom.

Aside from that, the woman claims she was drugged and half-asleep when Chris locked the bedroom door, refusing to let her out. According to reports, the singer began kissing her after removing her bikini bottoms. Despite her pleas for him to stop, he allegedly continued. The woman claims Chris ejaculated inside her, jumped up, and said he was done after the assault.

Chris asked that she take a Plan B, often known as the morning-after pill, via text the day after the incident. Despite her angst, she carried out the instructions given to her. Chris wasn’t formally charged in this event since no police complaint was filed. Her attorneys, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, said that their client was ashamed because she was a medical student at the time of the incident.

For serious mental suffering, the woman is claiming for a hefty lump payment. Her legal team says they’re committed to ensuring that victims’ voices are heard and that anyone with information should get in touch with them.
