In a world where baby making R&B has become extinct, Eric Benét and Tamar Braxton have successfully reconnected us with their seductive new single, “Something We Can Make Love To”.

As delicately as a warm tropical breeze, the two R&B superstars have finally filled a void that has been vacant for far too long. Released on June 28, the smooth, yet erotic slow jam, is the perfect antidote to cool down the sweltering summer heat.

Benét’s suave vocal prowess doesn’t disappoint as it blends perfectly with Braxton’s honey dipped tone. Together, they have created a sound that our ears will permanently thank us for.

Throughout the song, the two anxiously await their sensual encounter with supreme erotic anticipation, as Benét vows, “I’ma give your body what it wants,/Cause baby I got so much to prove/ I’m comin for you”.

Braxton willingly responds as she purrs, “I need you tonight/And the more time goes by/I’m missing you more and more”. The song’s accompanying video features both singers clad in provocative black ensembles, and ready for the ultimate night of passion.

With its mid-tempo groove, “Something We Can Make Love To” promotes the perfect balance of evoking extreme excitement and total relaxation.

Produced by Laney Stewart, the song was written by Terius Gesteelde-Diamant, Phillip Lane Stewart, and Rafael Dewayne Ishman. With hits like this, one can’t help but highly anticipate Eric and Tamar’s next possible melodic encounter.

“Something We Can Make Love To” is available on all streaming platforms.
