In a significant development, Joseph Manzaro has amended his lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, removing previous allegations that Beyoncé and Jay-Z were witnesses to the alleged 2015 incident. Initially, Manzaro claimed that at a Miami birthday party for Combs’ son, he was coerced into wearing a compromising mask, with Beyoncé and Jay-Z present. However, evidence, including public appearances and vacation records, indicated the couple were not in Miami at that time.
The revised complaint now focuses solely on Combs, alleging that Manzaro was drugged and transported against his will to a gathering at the Estefans’ residence, where he was subjected to assault. Combs’ legal team has consistently denied all allegations, labeling them as baseless attempts for publicity and financial gain.
This amendment follows a series of legal challenges for Combs, who is currently incarcerated facing federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. The federal trial is scheduled to begin on May 5 in New York.
