Through the completion of a Master’s degree in social work from Loyola University Chicago I am able to recognize the story of the human condition in various crises states. Stories of resilience, recovery, grief and addiction under the realm of a disparaging healthcare system have led me to once again explore their depths and meaning through nonfiction, editorial writing.
