Henry’s death was determined an accident by the Mecklenburg Medical Examiner on Friday. An autopsy showed that Henry died from blunt-force trauma to the head due to a fall from the back of a pick-up truck with his fiancee’ Loleini Tonga, 25, at the wheel.
