Justin Bieber, 19, is suspected of vandalizing his neighbor’s home in Calabasas, California last nigh. His supposed method of choice. Eggs. Raw eggs.
According to Sgt. Dan Nagelmann of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office, authorities were called to the neighbor’s residence around 7:40 p.m. who claimed somebody was throwing eggs and hitting his home with them. Sheriff’s deputies, he said, did not find anyone outside. The neighbor said his daughter was at home with him during the incident.
The sheriff’s office stated Bieber is the primary suspect of the egging incident, but have yet to speak to the young Canadian star. Nagelmann said detectives are investigating the complaint. The neighbor said he witnessed Bieber throwing eggs at his home; at least 20 of them.
Pictures and videos of the incident were taken. Authorities have said they don’t know what provoked the egging to occur. However, they did say Bieber has been in the center of several controversies within the affluent gated community.
The sheriff’s office police report listed the charge as a misdemeanor vandalism.
Bieber’s rep has not made a comment on the latest hullabaloo surrounding the singing pop sensation.
