NBC News reports, the hunt for the perpetrators of Friday’s terror attacks in France remain underway. The Paris prosecutor’s office has confirmed that a woman died this morning during police raids in Northern Paris. This occurred as a result of the woman detonating a suicide bomb.
Sources tell us earlier, that two men have also been killed and they are all suspected terrorists. Seven total arrests have been made. Police feel as if they made it just in time to foil the plans of several separate terrorist attacks that were planned to be carried out later this week. There are 3,000 extra military troops deployed in Paris at this time.
CNN News reports, the Belgium-born, 26-year-old suspected mastermind of the Paris attacks, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, was the target of the raid. Among the casualties was a Saint-Denis, France police dog. The operation remains ongoing.
The cell phones that authorities found yesterday is what led them to today’s raid. The apartment building had been under surveillance since that time. It’s no coincidence that this group closely resembles the group of terrorists who launched attacks on Friday night. Abdelhamid Abaaoud’s whereabouts remain unknown. It has not yet been confirmed.
