Finding out something that some people do certain things that other people don’t is something that’s very ordinary by itself. Besides, 8 billion people don’t necessarily do similar things altogether. It wouldn’t be much of a fuss unless of course, you’re famous.
Speaking of unusual habits, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg appears to have one of his own, which includes him blow-drying his armpits ahead of his public speeches.
‘Facebook: The Inside Story’ is an upcoming book written by Zuckerberg. Steven Levy from Wired recalls a moment when an unnamed FB communications executive was paid by Zuckerberg to take a hairdryer to his sweaty underarms.
It can be related to the events that the FB CEO, in 2010, sweated profusely “under pressure” during an on-stage interview with tech journalist Kara Swisher.
“I doubt this is true and if so it would have been at our communications team’s request, but surely anyone who has ever worn a gray T-shirt can relate.” a FB spokesperson told Business Insider.
In addition to hundreds of interviews of current and former Facebook employees.
Penguin Random House, the book’s publisher, says it’s the product of “unprecedented access” to the Facebook CEO and COO, Sheryl Sandberg.
The book is set for release on Tuesday, February 25.
