On March 7, Katy Perry came out to show off her growing baby bump in Melbourne, Australia.
This is Perry’s first public appearance since she announced her pregnancy on in her new music video “Never Worn White.”
“Omg so glad I don’t have to suck it in anymore…or carry around a big purse lol,” she tweeted.
Perry is expecting her baby with fiancé Orlando Bloom, who already has a child with his ex-wife Miranda Kerr. Perry and Bloom initially got engaged in 2019 and they were scheduled to get married in Japan, but they might be moving it to the U.S for health purposes.
Perry’s baby is due over the summer, “There’s a lot that will be happening this summer,” the singer shared. “Not only will I be giving birth, literally, but also figuratively to something you guys have been waiting for. So let’s just call it a double whammy. It’s a two-for.”
