There are a number of others being destructive and damaging businesses and properties while there are people peacefully protesting out in Los Angeles for George Floyd. However, not everyone who does violent actions does not really relate to the protest.
A man who allegedly smashed NBA player J.R Smith car window during the protests in L.A. gets confronted by him. A video shows Smith kicking the white man several times until he finally manages to get up from the ground. Smith hopped on Instagram following the beatdown to explain what went down.
The 34-year-old explained, “One of these motherfu**king white boys didn’t know where he was going and broke my f**king window in my truck.” Smith says his truck was parked in a residential area away from the stores that were being looted. Smith made it clear that the incident was NOT fueled by race or hatred but added that the man “didn’t know whose window he broke and he got his ass whooped.”
Protest have broken out across the country following the tragic Monday death of Floyd. So far only one cop involved has been charged and the others have not.
