A Denver woman, who was revealed to be the granddaughter of one of the Manson family murder victims, was brutally murdered back in July.
In a press release earlier this week, the Denver District Attorney’s Office revealed the appalling fact. On July 3, Ariana Wolk,40, was found deceased in her house and the medical examiner informed she had stabbing wounds on her neck. She was last seen with 24-year-old Jose Sandoval-Romero before her death.
He told investigators that he killed Wolk, removed his bloody clothing and fled to Colorado Springs.
Later on, it was revealed that she is the granddaughter of Rosemary LaBianca, a woman who was viciously murdered by members of the Manson family. Her husband, Leno, was also murdered and their bodies were found by Wolk’s mother and her uncle on August 10, 1969.
Sandoval-Romero was charged with first-degree murder after Wolk’s death was ruled as a homicide. His motive for the murder is currently unclear and his court hearing is scheduled for January 28, 2021.
A GoFundMe was set up to pay for Wolk’s funeral expenses and a trust fund was created for her son, Xavier.
