Rich The Kid quickly got to work with his Lucky 7 EP at the start of the new year after delivering two ventures to fans in 2020, Boss Man and Nobody Safe with NBA Youngboy. Just three months after releasing the album, it appears that the “New Freezer” rapper has a lot more in store for his fans in 2021. Rich The Kid is back with a new single called “Richard Millie Patek,” which is inspired by the high-end Richard Millie and Patek Philippe watches. The song is accompanied by a video in which he celebrates a pair of wristwatches, both of which can be seen comfortably on his wrist while he is showing up with women and large amounts of money.
Rich The Kid’s Lucky 7 EP was highlighted by the song and video “Nasty,” which featured Mulatto, Rubi Rose, and Flo Milli, among the best and newest female rappers today. Although it was an exciting time for the rapper, the album’s release was not without controversy. Fashion Nova sued him for breach of contract prior to the EP’s publication, and he was forced to pay his former boss $1.1 million. He also had to pay $300,000 in rent arrears and a mansion wrecking fine. Lucky 7 was allegedly arrested for bringing a loaded gun at an airport shortly after his arrival.
