From his passion for five-figure clothes shopping sprees and dropping the cost of a brand-new mid-sized car on a first date to the giant pink diamond he had implanted in his forehead, Lil Uzi Vert is notorious for making lavish purchases. Fortunately, his most recent big-money purchase is also very practical; according to Dirt.com, he recently signed the deed to a $4.4 million property in Bell Canyon, California, on the outskirts of the San Fernando Valley.
The mansion on the property is 1.5 acres and two floors, with five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and panoramic views of the valley thanks to the glass walls. It has a large, open floor plan, a convenient and beautiful patio, an outdoor kitchen/bar area for entertaining, and, of course, an outdoor pool hidden underneath one of the balconies. Hiking trails, tennis courts, and an equestrian center are all in the area, so maybe Uzi and JT can take up horseback riding.
Uzi is scheduled to headline the Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash in August and has a new album on the way, so he’ll most likely have a lot of cash to burn in the near future. Take a look at some of the pictures of his new place down below.
