21 Savage published his Spiral: From The Book Of Saw companion EP over the weekend. The EP was praised for maximizing the horror-obsessed Atlanta rapper’s macabre abilities, but it turns out he wasn’t finished yet. Savage made a comeback today, collaborating with his cousin Young Nudy on the latter’s latest full-length album, Dr Ev4l. Their collaboration is titled “Child’s Play,” and it sees the pair indulging in their darkest dreams for a ghoulish trip to their shared hometown’s killing fields.
All 13 of Dr Ev4l’s bass-heavy tracks continue in this vein, with guest appearances from Chicago rapper G Herbo on the lead single “2Face” and Philadelphia rapper Lil Uzi Vert on “Yellow Tape.” Nudy also revealed his first NFT collection, which will be available for purchase until June 1 in support of the new project. Nudy and Savage have collaborated on a variety of tracks from each other’s catalogs, most notably on 21’s Metro Boomin-produced Savage Mode II’s “Snitches & Rats.”
The collection includes the album’s official artwork with redeemable tokens for polaroid photographs signed by Young Nudy and VIP show tickets, capped at just 400 editions.
