Thousands of counterfeit #COVID19 immunization cards were confiscated by officials in Memphis, Tennessee. Thousands of people have been detained in New Orleans this year, according to reports. According to CNN, “every night” authorities seize shipments from Shenzhen, China, bound for New Orleans, Louisiana, including dozens of blank counterfeit vaccination cards. There were multiple mistakes on the cards that came with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention logo. CBP stated, “However, there were mistakes, unfinished sentences, and some of the Spanish text on the back was misspelled.”
“How else would they [CBP officers] have known it was fake?” It was brought in by a non-CDC or medical body, and it wasn’t the first time they’d seen this shipper.” Counterfeiting cards is a federal offense. COVID-19 vaccination cards, as you may be aware, are now required for entry into various cities, including New York. NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio made the statement earlier this month, according to CNN. “Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to engage in many things if you are unvaccinated,” he said. You must get vaccinated if you wish to fully engage in our society.”
Companies have begun to present their employees with the vaccine requirements, and plans to enforce this policy are expected to commence in the coming weeks. According to NBC New York, the effort is being dubbed “Key to NYC Pass” and is set to launch on September 13th. “If you want to fully engage in society, you have to get vaccinated,” Bill de Blasio stated, referring to the vaccination requirement.
