Pnb Rock was convicted nearly two years after being arrested on drug and firearms charges. One case of receiving stolen property and one count of possession with intent to deliver were filed against him. He was sentenced to 36 months of probation for each offense, but it was agreed that the sentences would run simultaneously. After gaining authorization, he will also do 100 hours of community service and have his supervision transferred to California.
According to Complex, Pnb Rock was charged after Bensalem, Pennsylvania police launched an investigation in 2018 after receiving many complaints about loud parties and the smell of marijuana emanating from the rapper’s home. The officers had probable cause to investigate his home, and The Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant on January 20, 2019. Nearly five pounds of marijuana, various scales, packing tools, a stolen.40-caliber handgun, and $33,000 in cash were seized during the search.
