When NBA superstar LeBron James severely rebuked the season-ending during a post-game press conference, the producer of the newest Netflix series phenomenon, “Squid Games,” had a few choice words for loyal watcher LeBron James.
James, the 36-year-old forward for the Los Angeles Lakers, had barely risen from the reporters’ table when he collided with teammate Anthony Davis, 28. While reporters looked on, the two came to a halt and talked about their favorite show, “Squid Game,” when they both slammed the series’ conclusion.
Hwang Dong-hyuk, the creator of the “Squid Game,” was enraged by James’ harsh criticism of his effort and responded by mocking the Los Angeles Lakers superstar’s film, Space Jam: A New Legacy. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film has a 26 percent approval rating.
“Have you seen Space Jam 2?” says the narrator. James’ statements were met with a response from Dong-hyuk.
“LeBron James is cool and has the ability to say whatever he wants. That is something I admire. “I’m grateful he finished the series,” Dong-hyuk remarked.
Dong-hyuk was asked if he was thinking about rewriting the conclusion to appease James and Davis, as well as others who were upset.
Dong-hyuk remarked, “I wouldn’t change my finish.” “That’s the conclusion of my story.” Perhaps he could develop his own sequel if he has his own satisfying ending. I’ll have a look at it and perhaps send him a message saying, “I enjoyed your entire program except for the finish.”
Welp, okay.
